Privacy policy

  1. The Service Provider is the administrator of personal data of the Users.
  2. The purpose of this privacy policy is to indicate the manner and scope in which Service Provider processes personal data (cookies) and defines the rules of their protection. Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter 'the General Data Protection Regulation')
  3. "Cookies" are used to adjust the content of websites to user preferences and to optimize the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how the user uses websites, which allows improving their structure and content, excluding personal identification of the user.
  4. There are two types of "cookie" files - "session" and "persistent". The first of them are temporary files that remain on the user's device until logging out of the website or turning off the software (web browser). "Persistent" files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are manually removed by the user. "Cookies" used by the website operator's partners, in particular website users, are subject to their own privacy policy.
  5. Cookies can be divided into:
    1. necessary to carry out the service - they are absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the website or functionality that the user wants to use,
    2. functional:
      • they serve to enrich the functionality of the website, without them the website will work properly, however, it will not be adapted to the user's preferences,
      • are designed to ensure a high level of functionality of the website, without the settings saved in cookies, the level of functionality of the website may be reduced, but it should not prevent the full use of it,
      • they serve very important functionalities of the website, blocking them will cause that selected functions will not work properly,
    3. temporary cookies (session cookies) - cookies placed for the time of using the browser (session), are deleted after its closing.
    4. persistent cookies - they are not deleted after closing the browser and remain on the user's device for a specified period of time or without validity period depending on the settings of the website owner.
    5. first party cookies - cookies placed directly by the website owner who has been visited.
    6. third party cookies - cookies placed by external entities whose page components were triggered by the site owner.
  6. Personal data collected using "cookies" can be collected only to perform specific functions for the user. Such data is encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorized access to them.
  7. Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard clauses of personal data protection, approved by the European Commission. Please read the privacy policy of Google tools we use – Google Analytics.
  8. User’s personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, and no profiling will be made on the basis of personal data received from user.
